Project Description: Project 0000099, in Muscogee County, consists of the construction of a 10 to 12 foot multi use trail beginning at Columbus State University and extending northeasterly to Cooper Creek Park. The proposed project would be constructed within the existing rail line right of way. The project would incorporate several infrastructure improvements such as restrooms, parking areas, street lighting, benches, trash receptacles, signage, and a park and ride facility.
