Award Description: A system enhancement to GAPS and e-Grants/e-Application is needed to support the new requirements resulting from stimulus funds appropriated for the Impact Aid construction program. This enhancement will allow designated applicants to apply for funds electronically through the e-Application system. The changes needed for this enhancement will include the creation of approximately eight forms and some minor changes to the GAPS database.
