Award Description: Planning and designing for the recommissioning and retro-commissioning of the existing US Courthouse Building in order to improve the energy efficiency and minimize the environmental impact of the existing building. This work includes a pre-design report to establish areas where higher levels of energy efficiency are attainable and design documents necessary for the bidding and construction of projects identified by the General Services Administration based upon the Pre-Design report.

Project Description: Preparation and presentation of a Pre-Design Report highlighting areas of the subject property that may be altered or added to in order to increase energy efficiency. These reports focus on lighting and HVAC system, and electrical system upgrades.
