Award Description: Planning and designing for the recommissioning and retro-commissioning of the existing US Courthouse Building in order to improve the energy efficiency and minimize the environmental impact of the existing building. This work includes a pre-design report to establish areas where higher levels of energy efficiency are attainable and design documents necessary for the bidding and construction of projects identified by the General Services Administration based upon the Pre-Design report.
