Award Description: Provide on site technical support, contract administration and project management services on ARRA minor and major projects to the GSA Regional Office through all project phases, including but not limited to, planning, design, procurement, proposal evaluation, contract award, contract administration, commissioning, close out and occupancy. These projects are performed in owned federal buildings and typically involve building system enhancements/replacements that will help reduce energy consumption. Very strict reporting requirements are established. These projects will be delivered using traditional design-bid-build, design/build and construction manager as contractor with a separate construction manager as agent approach.
Project Description: Develop Scope of Works, IGE's (Independent Government Estimates), and Schedules. Participate in bid evaluations. Review design/construction drawings, feasibility studies and perform site surveys.
