Award Description: Provide engineering services for the retro-commisiioning of building systems at McMaddon Couthouse Building in Bridgport CT, Giamo Fedeal Building in New Haven, the Federal Courthouse and Pastpre Federal Building in Providence. The intent of the project is to provide more efficient energy systems so that energy usage is reduced. RDK will provide recoomendations and estimated energy savings.
Project Description: RDK performed engineering visits to all 4 buildings. RDK has provided 30% and 50% draft documents to GSA for review and has attended several meeting with GSA to review these draft submissions.
