Award Description: The Air Force has identified improved fuel burn as an important metric for gas turbine engine technology development programs. The purpose of this task order is to perform system level engine cycle studies to assess the impact of a broad range of material and process technologies on the performance of legacy, emerging, and advanced propulsion systems for gas turbine engines.
Project Description: Contract was issued this Quarter. Main effort to date has been focused on planning and setting up the program. Deliverables to the customer for this past quarter included the Funds and Man-Hours Expenditure Report.
