Award Description: Power wash and overcoat exterior coating system. Power tool clean and specific rust and delaminating coating using vacuum assist power tools. Apply rust inhibited epoxy mastic primer to bear steel from above cleaning. Power wash (3,000 psi) all exterior surfaces to loose paint and chalking of old coating. Apply carboline rust bond epoxy tie coat to all cleaned and prepared surfaces. Apply Carboline series 134 HG, high gloss top coat to all primed surfaces as recommended by manufacturer. Reapply existing logo. Replace existing bar safety climb with new industry standard cable climb.
