Award Description: Replace Windows and Doors - South Chapel, Patrick Air Force Base, FL. The purpose of this contract is to replace all windows located at the South Chapel of Patrick Air Froce Base, FL located at 3659 Falcon Ave. All existing doors and windows to be removed and demolished and all new doors and windows to be inserted for the entire chapel.
Project Description: Work that has been accomplished in the third quarter of 2009 is as follows: Demo men's bathroom door and HVAC Room door. Installed Men's bathroom door and fixed sheet rock. Set door frame in HVAC room and repaired sheet rock in men's room. Removed blinds in classrooms.Demo of 4 windows and installed 4 windows. Remov blinds out of dining room. Patched sheet rock. Demoed another 2 doors and installed 2 more windows. Fixed sheet rock around windows. Painted large classroom and 1 small classroom. Demo windows in CIY Room, office and ssher's room and set all new ones. Fixed tile in men's restroom. Fixed sheet rock on window in 2 restrooms and piano room. Demo dining room double door and replace with new. clean up CIY Room, office and Usher's room. Demo Windows inclassroom, kitchen and coffee room. Finished dry wall in piano room. Demo and set 15 windows south side of chapel. Retrimed 3 windows. Finished dining room door. Patched stow on 3 windows. Demo and reset 3 windows. Retrimed 3 windows. Painted 3 windows. Stained 2 windows. Demo and set new Mechanical room door. Demo and reset door in chapel. Trim 3 windows. Staied 3 more windows. Fixed stow around dining room door and 1 window. Painted 2 windows. Demo and reset 1 classroom door. Finished Men's Restroom door. Retrimed 2 windows and chapel door. Drywalled chapel door. Painted 2 windows.Fixed some loose ends
