Award Description: This agreement provides funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 to the State of South Carolina to capitalize its revolving loan fund for the financing for the construction of wastewater treatment facilities and associated infrastructure, green infrastructure, nonpoint source projects, estuary projects and program administration. The primary purposes of the agreement are to: preserve and create jobs and promote economic recovery through the investment in infrastructure projects that will improve water quality and will provide long-term economic benefits.
