Award Description: Work will consist of conducting a Tier 2 site assessment and source area soil removal at the former Skelly station on the Winnebago Indian Reservation in Winnebago, Nebraska. To assess the soil, underground storage tanks and piping will be removed and up to 530 cubic yards of petroleum contaminated soil will be excavated and disposed of at a regulated facility. Groundwater samples will be collected from existing monitoring wells and soil and groundwater samples will be collected to assess the presence and extent of contamination.
