Award Description: At designated properties, conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments in accordance with EPA's All Appropriate Inquires Final Rule (40 CFR Part 312, November 2006) and ASTM E1527-05 'Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process' and develop Analysis of Brownfield Cleanup Alternative (ABCA) describing cleanup options and cost estimate for cleanup, This task order is only for a single site (Arcade Mill), which was completed as a multi-site requirement under TO4014 file reference.
