Award Description: Head Start 2009 ARRA COLA Quality Improvement Funding - This awards a cost-of-living adjustment increase to Head Start employees. In addition, quality improvement funds will be used to provide education and training to staff, repair Head Start facilities and buses, and improve upon existing Head Start curriculum.
