Award Description: Analysis, Design, Development services for the Recovery Act Database System (RADS). Reporting and Tracking support for the FHWA Chief Financial Officer. Project Description: Development and integration of ARRA-related automated reporting and tracking capabilities for the FHWA. Acquisition and integration of supporting system components (hardware and software) into the FHWA infrastructure. Tracking and reporting support services for FHWA ARRA obligations and expenditures for the FHWA CFO. Completed initial development and deployment of the RADS baseline system requirements; acquired and installed relational database management system, and developed a web application to automate data submission and reporting – overall task completion 100%. Continued design and development of changes to the baseline RADS system and integration of reporting and tracking capability with supporting FHWA financial systems – overall task completion 60%. Developed daily Status reports for FHWA leadership and prepared weekly progress reports for OST. Attended and prepared notes from weekly TIGER Team meetings.
