Award Description: El Paso County will contract with an Energy Services Company (ESCO) to perform technical energy audits on over 1,650,000 sq. ft. of county-owned facilities. Through this process, a list of energy conservation measures (ECM's) will be developed, including their associated costs and energy savings. From the audit results, El Paso County will determine the best ECM projects in which to invest EECBG funds.
Project Description: El Paso County has contracted with an ESCO to complete the energy audits. We have completed a preliminary walk-through of the facilities and collected the energy usage/costs for developing a base line for energy savings calculations.
