Award Description: This is a Time-and-Materials order in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Basic Contract DE-EM0000156. This contract is for one full time equivalent (FTE) to serve as support for the Environmental Management Consolidated Business Center (EMCBC), Office of Financial Management.
Project Description: ? Supported review of Project Execution Plans for Separations Process Research Unit?s (SPRU) ARRA-funded project. The remediation of the SPRU, which is located at at the Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory (KAPL) in upstate New York (Niskayuna), involves demolition of an office and waste processing building and the associated soils, tanks, tunnels and outbuildings.

This job requires the Financial Analyst to perform cost oversight functions; conduct internal cost control reviews; ensure ARRA funding is being separately identified and tracked; review and audit indirect cost rates in compliance with Cost Accounting Standards (CAS).
