Award Description: Recovery Act: Prince George's County, MD Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant.
Project Description: The overall activity is to develop the Countywide Energy Efficiency and Conservation Strategy (EECS). For this quarter, three meetings with the consultant and various County agency representatives were held. The following tasks have been under development: mission statement, internal benchmarking, external benchmarking, stakeholder, financing options, partnership, energy baseline, program structure and communications. In addition, the Draft Strategy Outline is 75% completion.
