Award Description: 2004350-EE Conservation Block Grant Program
Project Description: At this point, City of Bloomington staff have prepared one Request for Proposal for one of our four projects (86th Street Corridor Study). It is anticipated that a second Request for Proposal for the Signal Optimization project will be sent out during the week of October 12, 2009.
