Award Description: The ARRA contract action funded under M0039 to the HITS contract #C-OPC-22807 covers the HITS Work Request #WR-0900327 requirements to provide infrastructure upgrade services to support the Recovery Act Management and Performance System (RAMPS). The funding provided in M0039 covers the RAMPS upgrade services during the HITS contract Option Period 4 for the month of July 2009 using a fixed price monthly charge that was invoiced under the HITS CLIN # 0005RA-01. Ongoing support services for this project beyond July 2009 will be covered under a separately funded HITS modification M0043.
Project Description: The recovery website and RAMPS have been built and implemented on the current HUD Portal infrastructure. The recovery website went live in May of 2009 and the RAMPS went live in July of 2009. Both of these sites have been in the production environment since then. The Portal infrastructure is currently being upgraded to the Oracle WebCenter product to provide Web 2.0 functionality. The upgrade of the Portal infrastructure is estimated to be completed by December of 2009.
