Award Description: Conduct modernization activities at Kottinger Place, a 50-unit Public Housing development located in Pleasanton, California. Project Description: Project includes the implementation of solar energy improvements at a 50-unit Public Housing development called Kottinger Place located at 240 Kottinger Drive in Pleasanton. Specific activities include the installation of a solar power generating system to provide energy for the community building and related common facilities for the complex. The project is expected to reduce energy costs for the master-metered housing complex which will result in an overall savings to the project budget.
