Award Description: Community Medical Centers (CMC) received an ARRA-CIP-NGA on June 25, 2009 for five projects: 03 IT/Equipment; 04 Gleason House Renovation, 05 Channel Renovation, 06 Mariposa Renovation, and 07 Manteca Renovation. All projects were restricted by condition and term of the NGA. The CMC-ARRA-CIP will result in 7.77 FTEs, 4,500 patients – generating 12,500 visits on approximately 27,220 renovated square feet when completed.
Project Description: CMC received ARRA-CIP-NGA02 on September 17, 2009, lifting the restrictions on projects 04 Gleason House Renovation and 07 Manteca Renovation. SHPO letters have been received for both projects. CMC is still waiting to hear from HRSA about project 05 Channel Renovation. CMC requested a SHPO letter for this project on August 14, 2009. CMC is in lease negotiations with the landlord for Project 06 Mariposa Renovation. The lease will be uploaded to EHB once executed.
