Award Description: The purpose of the DRGR Information Referral and Technical Assistance Center is to provide technical assistance and information referrals to new grantees to help them understand the critical timeframe and their responsibilities in setting up action plans, draws and reporting on program progress in HUD's DRGR System. The task order to Lockheed Martin, through the Community Connections Technical Assistance and Information Center contract, provides for publications support for DRGR training materials, technical assistance on DRGR, and the delivery of information and referrals to constituents via telephone or email or other virtual means. In addition, LM will support HUD in maintaining DRGR FAQs, and establish through its Constituent Relationship Management system a DRGR knowledge base. Deliverables/project activities/outputs include: - Development of reports on contacts to the call center. - Call Center IVR system setup. - Go Live contact center/delivery of technical assistance to callers. - Development of training materials, FAQs, knowledge base.
Project Description: - Project initiation Activities, including kickoff meeting. - Participated in HUD-provided training on the DRGR system. - Demonstrated an interim knowledgebase/data collection system to the HUD Requester. - Submitted proposed report formats to the HUD Requester and GTR.
