Award Description: The renovation of two existing clinics located in the Boston Area. The first will include the renovation at the medical clinic located at 885 Washinton Street, Boston which will result in a relocated laboratory and a 57% increase in exam rooms. The second renovation will be a the 145 South Street clinic and include the renovation of the dental and behavioral health areas to increase dental exam rooms by 60% and relocate the behavioral health counseling rooms to a different area of the clinic.
Project Description: The renovation at the 885 Washington Street clinic is nearly complete. The South Street clinic's architectural plans and construction documents have been completed and construction is set to begin in next quarter.
