Award Description: Our CIP grant will provide needed equipment, including IT, and renovations at four health centers managed by La Clinica del Valle Family Health Care Center. CIP support will allow us to meet the critical health care need in our community by improving our facilities to make them more effecient; upgrade essential equipment in our medical and dental practices; and implement electronic health records. These improvements will make our building safer and more effecient; allow us to provide more services; and improve the quality of our care.
Project Description: We purchasedequipment and implement electronic health records at our four health centers. This work will benefit the nearly 15,000 patients who receive care at our sites every year. We also began purchasing needed administrative equipment that has been in disrepair for many years.
