Award Description: Jefferson Memorial on the National Mall The work shall be performed during the solicitation, construction, and close-out phases of the construction contract. The work during solicitation phase consists of the review ofbidder Request for Information and assisitance to the NPS during formal evaluation of technical proposal. The work during construction phase consists of submittal review, preparation of responses to construction contractor RFI's, Coordination of regulatory and permitting requirements, attendance at weekly construction progress meetings, review ans analysis of Value Engineering proposals,other general office services and site visits. The work during the close out phase will consist of closeout submittal review, closeout coordination of regulatory and permitting requirements, and preparation of As-Constructed drawings.
