Award Description: funds will be used on rehabilitation of single unit residential properties, health services and planning and administration
Project Description: funds will be used to provide housing rehabilitation or reconstruction services to qualifying applicants that meet HUD's 80% area median income guidelines. scope of work will be determined based on a comprehensive assessment of the h unit. all housing compliance regulations will apply - lead-based assessment, davis-bacon, etc.
