Award Description: The CIP will enhance HCCC's ability to serve the medical, dental, mental health and pharmaceutical needs of the highest risk residents of Muskegon County. One aspect of the CIP will be to expand and renovate the medical and mental health area of HCCC's clinic. With this renovation, HCCC will add three additional medical exam rooms, space for an additional mental health provider, and revamp the patient support services area. Mental health services will be fully integrated into the medical facility which will enhance patient outcomes and improve efficiencies. The second aspect of the CIP will be to expand and renovate the pharmacy and dental services. Under CIP, HCCC will reconfigure the patient flow in our dental clinic to improve overall clinic efficiencies. In addition, HCCC will expand the square footage of our pharmacy to allow for greater expanded service in the future.
