Award Description: In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Indefinite Delivery/Indefinate Quantity (IDIQ) Contract the Contractor shall perform the work of this task for the National Park Service (NPS) as described. The work consists of preparing a draft Environmental Assessment (EA) for Three (3) National Park Service (NPS) reviews, making appropriate revisions to the EA (if needed and other related compliance documents) in responce to NPS review comments, preparing a revised EA for public review, and preparing the appropriate decision document (i.e., either a Finding of No Significant Impact [FONSI] or Notice of Intent [NOI]). It is anticipated this effect will result in a FONSI. If a NOI is needed, a sample will be provided. Any work subsequent to an NOI is not part of this task. The Contractor shall provide all materials, supplies, supervision, coordination, and management necessary to complete the work. The Contractor shall perform all necessary technical analysis, edit the documents, prepare graphics, and perform other work as required to produce the products as specified in the SOS.
