Award Description: ARRA Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA), and Quality Improvement Funding consistent with the provisions of Section 640(a)(5) of the Head Start Act
Project Description: ARRA COLA and Quality Funds will be used to: 1) Increase the compensation and benefits of staff through a cost of living adjustment to improve the overall quality of the program; 2) Provide provessional development to teaching staff for billingual and disabilities education; 3) Nutrition; 4) Site Maintenance and 5) Office supplies.
