Award Description: Wilmington, Greenwood, Smyrna, Millsboro, Seaford, and Bridgeville will receive funding for drinking water infrastrucutre improvements. The grant will also fund associated administrative FTEs through the 4% set-aside.

Project Description: 6 municipalities in Delaware will have improved public health by decreasing public health risks in drinking water infrastructure, green reserve requirement is exceeded, jobs created and maintained.

Infrastructure Description: Promote job retention and creation in the State of Delaware by funding drinking water infrastructure projects. The City of Wilmington solar panel project meets the green reserve requirement.
