Project Description: Purpose: to provide green jobs training, provide education refresher classes, increase energy savings, and building improvements.
Infrastructure Description: The project of streetlight retrofitting will retain the jobs of 2 electricians. The savings in energy costs will help lower the money needed to maintain the street lights in the city and will decrease the expenditures in the local city budget.
