Award Description: This is a grant recieved by the City of O'Fallon from the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development through Recovery Act Funding
Project Description: The Window Replacement program provides up $5,000 to a limited number of eligible low/moderate income residents throughout O?Fallon; to replace windows in their homes with energy efficient windows./ To reimburse service agencies who submit an application for the program, that are accepted into the program, and then submit documentation of eligible expenditures that help residents prevent homelessness/ To provide for the salary, benefits, and training of the program administrator.
