Award Description: Conduct modernization activities at various Public Housing Developments at Everett & Lakeview Drive. Replacement of 48 units of aluminum windows in 48 family developments with energy efficient windows. Renovate 48 family dwelling bathrooms with energy efficient light fixture, shower heads, exhaust fans, ceramic tile floors and walls. Provide top soil and sod for Carver & Williams Road.
Project Description: Removed and installed windows in unit for sample and waiting approval. A portion of the windows are delivered and on the job site waiting for installation. Nine units have recevied new cermaic tile on floors and walls with new GFI plugs, New light switchs and covers, and new showerheads, tub spouts, and mixing valves.
