Award Description: Replacement of 100 out of date Heating and Cooling Central Systems, upgrade to 13 Seer units. This funding is expected to substantially provide more energy efficient heating and cooling for low income public housing families, at a more affordable cost. In addition, this funding can be expected to provide employment for architects, construction workers and product manufacturers.
