Award Description: The Coral Gables Police Dept will be using funding to fund software to run 128 bits of encryption on all mobile devices that run FCIC/NCIC/II transactions through internet, wireless, or VPN for the Police Dept. This will also upgrade and produce a desired change in program quality so that officers may stay in the field longer.
