Award Description: WIA Supplemental Youth Services program gives youth between tne ages of 14 and 24 the opportunity to gain work experience, good work habits while at tne same time earning money to purchase clothes and school supplies. The youth worked closely with their Community Councils on projects in their communities and alo work with the elderly with yard and clean up projects.
