Award Description: The Service requires contractor assistance to successfully implement, execute and / or mointor the braod array of reuirements outlined in the implementing guidance and various memos issued by OMB and the Department of the Interior, as well as other authoritative sources. The contractor must possess extensive knowledge of the Service and its operations and have porven program and portfolio management experience, and demonstrated exerpience providing internal control and risk management services. PwC is providing ARRA support services in the following areas: - Work paper and file plan structure and processes (including plans for document retention, procedures for maintaining documentation, and a solution for retaining and centralizing documentation - milestone and issue tracking (including a template for milestone and issue tracking, populating the template with information provided by BMO and PwC, provide updates and assist with data calls) - ARRA communication development and delivery (including quality reviews of data submitted, developing agendas and meeting minutes, and assisting with ARRA guidance preparation, assist with briefings) - risk management support (internal control briefings and reports, identifying ARRA specific controls, updating the risk rating tool)
Project Description: Document Management Perform Milestone and Issue Tracking Continued development of the Recovery Act SharePoint site Assist with ARRA Communication Development and Delivery Provide Risk Management Support Other ARRA Support • Drafted and provided BMO with weekly ARRA reports to be distributed to the Department of the Interior Recovery Act Office • Participated in the Department of the Interior's call on ARRA recipient reporting requirements • Assisted the ARRA Technical Coordinator with compiling and submitting ARRA recipient reporting information to the Department • Updated the quarterly NEPA Report to include the current project list and project cancellations • Compiled Regional NEPA submissions for submission to the Department and the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) • Assisted the National Environmental Coordinator with validating and collecting additional NEPA information from Regions
