Award Description: Crime Scene Investigation Equipment & Vests
Project Description: Purchased all Crime Scene Investigation - Evidence Technician Equipment for the new Crime Scene Lab. Remodeled an existing building located on the Sheriff's Office property and converted it into a lab for processing evidence. Equipped the lab with evidence processing equipment such as fume tank, CD driver, Cabients for evidence storage, processing bay, coutner tops, office equipment, print station, lockers and processing supplies. Processing supplies purchased consists of ink pads, print powder, evidence storage bags. The vests project was launched by establishing a vendor, measuring the Deputies for their vests and ordering the vests for each officer.
