Project Description: Have not yet accepted any participants in the program. Have hired the staff person and beginning implementation of project.
Jobs Summary: Transitional Housing Case Manager: duties include enrolling clients in the TH program and providing case management services which entail incorporating assessments of the individualized needs and development of an action plan to address those needs. Case managers also have the ability to purchase household items for participants and work with landlords to assist with participants' housing needs. The receipt of Recovery Act Funds has given the YWCA the ability to hire a new Case Manager to serve a greater number of women who are victims of domestic violence. (Total jobs reported: 1)
