Along with the obvious salaried line item job creation in each of these, individual project contractual agreements could very well create or maintain employment for an additional 2,000-4,000 counselors, police officers, first responders, probation officers, juvenile court counselors, support and administrative personnel, highly skilled technical advisors, service professionals, youth coordinators, teachers, vocational instructors, community organizers, and young adults.
