Award Description: This supplement supported an undergraduate summer research student. The project is ongoing, and involves back-crossing knockout mice into another genetic background. He performs genotyping and overall maintenance of the colony. His work has progressed to examine the effect of UV irradiation in the skin of mice with DNA polymerase deficiency on checkpoint protein expression
