Project Description: Project Description: ARRA COLA and Quality funds will be used to 1) Improve playground equipment, accessibility, and safety and 2) Increase the compensation and benefits of staff through a cost of living adjustment to improve the overall quality of the program. Quarterly activities include 1) Playground equipment and site improvement bids received and evaluated 2) Initial playground site improvement work started. Some of the playground equipment has been installed.
