Award Description: Head Start Expansion
Project Description: Project Description Provide expanded Head Start enrollment by 32 children in 2 classes of 16 each. One located in Lycoming County and one located in Clinton County, to reduce waiting lists. Add 2 Teacher positions, 2 Teacher Assistant positions and 2 Classroom Aide postions. Assit in the preservation of 21 existing Head Start positions. Provide training and technical assistance for staff. Provide for the renovation of 1 classroom in Clinton County.
