Project Description: Increase the compensation and benefits of staff through a cost of living adjustment to improve the overall quality of the program. Repair masonry and front stairs of Irene O'Connel Center. Replace and Repair gutter spouts, replace flashing in kitchen and lower level classroom, replace sink and add supply cabinets to the Irene O'Connel Center. Hire one assistant teacher. NAEYC registration. Offer Algebra classes to staff. Down payment for new bus.
