Award Description: This project entails construction of a rail/road overpass at Quonset Business Park connecting the Gateway District (retail, day care, and other amenities) to 156 acres of developable industrial zoned land in the Commerce Park District. This will improve land access, internal circulation, and safety by eliminating a grade crossing on a major rail line. The land is flat, vacant and is serviced by water and sewer.
