Award Description: ARRA Supplemental Funding for the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Program: Allocate funds to CSBG eligible entity to support employment related services which create and sustain economic growth.

Project Description: Provide services to the specified eligible population in the District of Columbia addressing the CSBG program priorities of employment, education, income management, housing, emergency services, nutrition, coordination and linkages, self-sufficiency, and health. Special emphasis will be placed on those activities that preserve, create and sustain employment opportunities and economic resources in communities.
