Award Description: San Francisco National Wildlife Refuge Complex Phase Two of building renovations: Envelope and finishes renovations in HQ levels 1 & 2 and all other areas of HQ levels 3 & 4; including relocation of modular office. This action includes incidental furniture if funds allow.
