Award Description: AmeriCorps members assist in a weatherization project for low income homes. They also will serve in schools as mentors and tutors grades k-12.
Project Description: 150 Youth and adults received tutoring and mentoring by two AmeriCorps members. Applications for weatherization assistance were received. Out of the 60 applications, an estimated 25% have been inspected.
