Award Description: This award will assist local efforts in preventing and reducing crime and violence. To preserve and create jos and promote economic recovery.
Project Description: The agency will purchase 4 vehicles and emergency equipment for new officers. The vehicles and emergency equipment will allow the officers to patrol the city for crime prevention and to provide emergency response to crime related reports. The vehicles would also be used to allow officers to attend training, court, transport prisoners, and to attend community meetings and school functions.
