Award Description: HATFIELD- ELM STREET RECLAMATION AND RELATED WORK The project involves roadway and sidewalk rehabilitation on town-owned Elm Street in the Town of Hatfield, and includes coldplaning, roadway reclamation, hot mix asphalt paving, replacement of sidewalks, and other incidental work. The length of the project is approximately 7500 feet, beginning at Elm Court and extending to Prospect Street.
