Award Description: This agreement provides funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 to the state of Arizona to capitalize its revolving loan fund for financing the construction of drinking water facilities, green infrastructure, program administration and drinking water related activities. The primary purposes of the agreement are to preserve and create jobs and promote economic recovery through the investment in infrastructure projects that will provide long term public health and economic benefit, preserve and create jobs, and promote economic recovery.
